📝 Mandatory Liability Release (No Exceptions)
🟥 — Read Carefully
-
A signed liability release is required for every adult and minor.
-
It must be completed at the time of reservation not at the reservation start time meeting place
-
No one may participate without a completed and signed release on file.
-
The booking party receives the agreement and must share this link with every participant: 👉 https://tahoesnowshoetours.com/liability/
-
If someone arrives without their completed release—or refuses to sign— our cancellation policy applies with no refund.
-
Each participant is responsible for understanding and complying with all release and cancellation terms.
