Tahoe Snowshoe Tours Sunset Tours
Picture This: you’ve been looking forward to a weekend of skiing in Lake Tahoe for months. You’ve booked your hotel, rented your gear, and spent a small fortune on lift tickets. But when you wake up on Saturday morning, you find out that all the Tahoe ski areas are closed for high wind chairlift closures. You could drown your sorrows at the blackjack table or down a bottle of tequila, but there’s a better alternative: a Tahoe Snowshoe Tour.
Sure, it may not be what you had planned, but hear me out. Instead of gambling away your money or suffering from a wicked hangover, you can experience the tranquility of the Sierra Nevada Mountains covered in a blanket of snow. No crowds, no lift lines, just you and the snow. Plus, you’ll get a workout and fresh air, which is better than the stale cigarette smoke of a casino.
When all the Tahoe ski areas are closed, it’s the perfect opportunity to embrace your adventurous side and try something new. Snowshoeing is a low-impact activity that’s easy to learn, even if you’re a beginner. And if you’re worried about getting lost, don’t be. The Tahoe Snowshoe Tour guides are knowledgeable about the area’s trails and can lead you on a safe and enjoyable journey through the winter wilderness.
Not Convinced? Think about it this way: snowshoeing is like blackjack, but instead of losing money, you gain a unique experience. And instead of relying on luck, you rely on your own physical abilities and mental fortitude to navigate the terrain. It’s a win-win situation, really.
And let’s not forget about the tequila. Sure, it may seem like a good idea at the time, but we all know how that ends up. With a Tahoe Snowshoe Tour, you won’t wake up with a pounding headache or regrettable decisions. Instead, you’ll have memories of a beautiful winter landscape, the peace and tranquility of nature, and a good workout to boot.
So, next time all the Tahoe ski areas are closed for high wind chairlift closures, don’t despair. Embrace the opportunity to try something new and book a Tahoe Snowshoe Tour. You won’t regret it, and you might even find yourself enjoying the winter wonderland of Lake Tahoe more than you ever thought possible. Who needs skiing or tequila when you can have the serenity of a snowshoeing adventure?

“If you’re going to do one thing, schedule a snowshoe tour through this company! My boyfriend and I had never been snowshoeing and I was nervous beforehand. Dave called us the evening prior to be sure we were well prepared as it had snowed a lot the day before. The instruction we were given made it so easy to find the meeting location. Dave had all the gear we needed and made it a very easy experience. The route we took was beautiful and gave us the best views. Dave is experienced and knowledgeable which is what made our experience so great. He knows the area but took us up at our pace which I was thankful for! We were so pleased with our experience and I am sure anyone that goes snowshoeing with this company will have a great time! Dave also takes FABULOUS photos which we love! I was breathing too heavy to document much but he sent us all the photos he took which were awesome. So thankful for this trip and the memories! Thanks, Dave!”
